To date, Bronzoni Motori Elettrici has more than 10,000 articles designed and manufactured according to the requests and problems of its customers.

The birth of a Bronzoni engine always starts with ideas, first the customer’s and then ours. From an initial comparison, our offer is formulated, obviously always modifiable and customizable, evaluating the most appropriate solutions to the actual needs.

The realization of the 3D project follows , a guarantee of safety in preventing any problems due to space requirements. Furthermore, it is possible to create renderings and also to realize computer graphics simulations before the actual realization of the product, in order to always guarantee the maximum certainty of success.

We then move on to the sampling phase in which our production department realizes the necessary components, starting from the construction tables derived from the 3D project. A further check with high precision instruments verifies the exact correspondence of the components to the agreed technical specifications. The assembly and the end-of-line tests are the last steps, not in order of importance, which precede the birth of a new Bronzoni engine.

For each project a dossier is created containing all the technical documents attributed, always in-viable and accessible to the client . All the documentation, as well as any changes that may have occurred on the finished product, have always been stored in the company’s archives. Moreover, soon, we will be able to offer our customers an archive on our website from which they will be able to access very simply through username and password, and to have available all the documentation regarding the ordered engines.
